Call for witnesses- traffic incident between Cardwell and Tully

A vehicle has allegedly travelled along the Bruce Highway between Tully and Cardwell throwing objects at passing vehicles, causing damage to the vehicles that have been hit by these objects.

Tully Detectives are appealing to any witnesses who may have seen a 2006 VZ model Silver Commodore sedan, travelling along the highway between Cardwell and Tully between 8am Tuesday, February 21 and 8am Friday, February 24.

The driver of the vehicle was throwing objects at passing cars. The driver is described as male with dark complexion, with dark collar-length dreadlock style hair.

Police are interested to speak with anyone who has travelled along the highway between the Cardwell and Tully area, that have either had objects thrown at their car, have dash cameras recording these incidents or witnessed objects being thrown at cars.
